For NetSuite production environments, navigate to PayPack → Setup → Configuration to activate a 30-day trial. PayPack is fully functional during the trial period for a single license.
NetSuite sandbox environments do not require an active subscription or license. PayPack is fully functional with no limitations in sandbox.

If you just added your payment method on the Stripe checkout page but your PayPack Configuration screen still isn't showing a Trial status, NetSuite’s cache is likely just lagging behind.
You can easily force an update by following these steps:
Click into your browser's address bar at the top of the screen.
Append
&clearcache=Tto the very end of the current URL.Press Enter to reload the page.
Adding this parameter forces a NetSuite cache refresh, which clears out the old data and pulls your updated trial status immediately.
