When adding the field mapping for Payment Method, ensure a record has been created.
Follow the steps below to create a new payment method.
- Navigate to the Payment Method Page: In NetSuite, go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists.
- Filter by Payment Method: On the Accounting Lists page, use the filters to show only Payment Method entries. This will make it easier to see existing methods.
- Click "New": At the top of the list, click the New button to start creating a new payment method.
All transactions, whether they're paid by card, ACH Direct Debit, or Affirm, will be recorded under the NetSuite payment method named Stripe.
