When you send a payment link for a NetSuite Sales Order or Invoice, customers can use the Pay Other Amount feature to enter a custom payment amount instead of paying the full balance.
To set a minimum payment threshold, combine this feature with Sales Order Prepayment or Invoice Partial Payment.
