Bundle Upgrade Schedules

PayPack is a managed bundle within NetSuite. This means that upgrades to the application are managed and deployed by the PayPack team.

Upgrade Timing

  • Scheduled Upgrades: Upgrades typically occur around the same time as NetSuite's semi-annual releases.
  • Unscheduled Upgrades: Upgrades may also be triggered outside of the scheduled timeframe due to:
    • Bug Fixes: To address critical issues affecting a significant number of users.
    • Feature Releases: To introduce new functionality or enhancements to the application.

Note: Users will be notified in advance of any planned upgrades, including the expected date and time.
