By default, the PayPack subtab will not show the list of card payment method(s) on a Stripe Customer in NetSuite. To add the card list visibility, check the configuration box label Enable Card List.
When navigating to a NetSuite Customer or Transaction, the subtab Card List will appear under the PayPack tab.
