To provide better clarity for your customers' accounts payable teams, you can customize the statement table to include the PO # or Memo fields directly from your NetSuite transactions.
Configure Fields to Display
Navigate to PayPack → Setup → Configuration
- Go to the Customer Statement Link subtab.
Select Your Fields Check the boxes for the fields you wish to display on the customer statement:
Display PO #: Checking this box will add a "PO #" column to the statement table, pulling the value from the Other Ref Num field on the NetSuite Invoice.
Display Memo: Checking this box will add a "Memo" column, pulling the memo field from the transaction header.
Save Configuration Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the configuration page to apply the changes.
