Customize the web addresses your customers see when interacting with PayPack. By configuring a custom subdomain, all of your PayPack-generated links—including payment links, statement links, and customer portal links—will feature your unique brand name.
For example, instead of a generic URL, your links will look like this: https://company-name.paypack.ai
Optional Feature: If you choose to set up a custom subdomain, please select your name carefully—the subdomain cannot be changed once it is saved.
To set up your custom subdomain and validate your NetSuite connection, follow these steps.
Locate the NetSuite Credentials Button
Navigate to your Configuration - PayPack dashboard. Scroll down to the Configuration section and click the blue Configure NetSuite Credentials button.
(You will notice a "Configuration Required" indicator next to it if your connection hasn't been established yet.)
Enter Your Connection Details
A modal pop-up titled Configure NetSuite Credentials will appear. Fill out the required fields marked with an asterisk (*):
- Account ID: Verify that your NetSuite Account ID is correct (e.g.,
TSTDRV2606719). This may be pre-populated. - Subdomain: Enter your desired brand name or company name here. Remember, this dictates your final
company-name.paypack.aiURL structure and cannot be modified later. - Token ID: Paste your NetSuite Token ID.
- Token Secret: Paste your corresponding NetSuite Token Secret.
Test and Save Your Settings
Before finalizing, it is highly recommended to ensure the integration credentials are correct:
- Click the Test Connection button at the bottom of the modal.
- Once the connection successfully validates, click Save to lock in your custom subdomain and NetSuite integration settings.
- Don't forget to click the main Save button in the top left corner of the PayPack Configuration screen to ensure all global dashboard updates are applied.
